Kolej Havası’ focuses on the squad that won 3 championships between 1989-92 and its legendary players Metin - Ali - Feyyaz in the history of Beşiktaş JK. The film reveals the known and unknown stories of this team, starting from the "Youth Academy" order founded by Serpil Hamdi Tüzün to the values that Süleyman Seba represents. It underlines the problems of modern Turkish football by taking a nostalgic ride to the days when sports meant more than money and winning.
I worked as a project assistant for the feature documentary film called Kolej Havası: A Besiktas Film which was released in cinemas on September 6, 2019.
Also, I designed motion graphics for the social media account of the film and LED screens in Vodafone Park Besiktas Football Club’s Stadium and they played during the football match between Besiktas and Rizespor on August 31, 2019.
The film has an 8.7 IMDb rate and after cinemas, it is released on Blu TV which is a Turkish online stream platform.
